What is "Non-B" VISA in Thailand?
A Non-Immigrant “B” Visa in Thailand is for foreigners conducting business or employment.
It allows a stay of 90 days initially, with extensions available. Applicants need an invitation letter, employment contract, company documents, and other relevant paperwork.
The visa is issued by Thai embassies or consulates. After arrival, a work permit is required for employment. Renewals and re-entry permits are necessary for longer stays or travel outside Thailand.
What is "Work permit" in Thailand?
A work permit in Thailand is required for foreigners to legally work. It is issued by the Department of Employment and linked to a specific employer and job.
Applicants need a valid Non-Immigrant “B” Visa, employment contract, company documents, and health check.
The permit is valid for the duration of the employment contract, up to 1 year, and must be renewed annually. Working without a permit can result in fines, deportation, or legal action.
Non-O Visa
A Marriage Visa (Non-Immigrant O “M” Visa) in Thailand is for foreigners married to Thai nationals. It allows an initial stay of 90 days, extendable up to 1 year with proof of relationship.

Thailand Retirement Visa

NON-ED Visa

Tourist visa
